Home Decor

A mí solo me tocó brocha!

Hi again!
I didn't post last week... but I have a good excuse for that! We have been remodeling our living room! Finally, finally I got rid of that huge piece of furniture that was invading all the space. You can't imagine how much I hated it! Since I know our landlady allowed us to change it... I've been waiting for this moment :D

Everything started with a bit of Ikea. Lucky us that we borrowed a van! So we had plenty of space.

And once we arrived at home with all our new and pretty things, it was time to dismantle the old one, to paint a little bit, and set up the new furniture! Thanks guys!!! Because they did most of the job while I was working... and I only had to take part as a painter (like an artist hehehe).

And voilá! Our cosy living room!

You might be thinking.... why is she telling us all this things? And the reason is because this was the perfect excuse to start with some scrapbook home decor!

Yes! Finally I made something with the famous (between scrapers) Ikea frame!

Look at the result! Lots of white and orange touches, according to our living room colours.
What do you think about?

Big kiss!!

Aunque he disfrutado muchísimo!

Morning!!!

It's my day again!!

And this time, I'm here with a mini album according to the moment of the year, but away from the tradition!
I do not celebrate St. Valentine's day... as I always said to my boyfriend "we have to celebrate St.Jordi instead". That's a tradition from Catalonia (where I am from) and it's also the lovers day. And now that I don't live there... I have to maintain my traditions, isn't it? hehe So, roses for St.Jordi but no pinks or reds for St. Valentine's!

And the work Bruz&Rainbow asked me to do, came to me like a glove!

As you can see at the photo above, it is plenty of blues, greens, black & white! But not everything was easy.... the Zip a Dee Doodle collection papers from Bo Bunny it's wonderful! but at the same time difficult to work with it.

You can see the full work at Bruz&Rainbow blog! It comes also with a postcard to include a present like a theatre or concert tickets. In my case, as we do not make any gifts... I prepared a handmade vouchers for my boyfriend, like this one: "Voucher for a romantic dinner. You choose the desserts!" He's so excited!!! He wants to exchange them all! hahahaha Dont' miss it!

And Happy St. Valentine's Day!!!

I begin the week perfectly (because it's my day off... hehe) and I'm here to show you a new week of my project life! I don't have so many embellishments... and now more than never, I need them!!!!! hhehehe By the way, I'm happy with the results but I hope to improve little by little...!

So, what do you think about? :)

We had to change our plan of a day out to Roncesvalles because it was snowing too much and we couldn't get there... But "every cloud has a silver lining"!  I love the photos we took! And my sweetty love enjoyed very much the dinner we had... amazing argetinian meat!

I'm sorry about my photos quality... tomorrow I'll take them with day light and I'll upload them again;)
